similarities or the differences between ethnocentrism and cultural relativism?

examples of cultural shock!
Answer :
1 Cultural relativism is understanding other cultures and
their beliefs. For example what seems normal to one culture may seem offensive
to another. Example : like china eats dogs and in America keeps them as pets. Ethnocentrism
is the belief that your country is the best and your culture is the best and
your right and other cultures are wrong.
2 The examples are :

If you go to Medan, people in there used to call
uncle with tulang but In Jakarta it means that bones.

In Indonesia usually if we want to buy something
we can say beli which is hear as “bli” but if you go to Bali “bli” means uncle.

It is common if we call someone with “kau” in Sumatera but if we use that call in
Central Java or East Java it means rude for them.

Answer :
1 As we know that West culture is dominated Indonesian culture
easily just like food, style, daily activities but among of them food is most
dominant just like junk food as we know Mc Donald or Steak for lunch or dinner
and so on
2 Examples are :

1 What do you think about cultural lag in Indonesia ?
2 Please give three examples of cultural diffusion !
Answer :
1 Cultural lag in Indonesia is usually happen because of
they don’t have enough knowledge about technology or something, maybe they don’t
school or maybe don’t want to know it because it s just like stressful to
understand or learn something new for group of people in Indonesia, as we know
education and same rights in Indonesia is completely hard to get.
2 Examples are :
